Soul Motion: Unity Inquiry
What happens in the dance room is a microcosm of what happens in the everyday dance. Soul Motion dancers practice seeing themselves and others as one essence knowing that all people desire happiness; all people wish to alleviate suffering. With consciousness of our unity as a strategy for more purposeful living, we look for those excluded from the dance and weave them in through landscapes of creative expression, relationship, and dialogue with divine nature.

I just recently returned from a SoulMotion: Community Experience in Vermont. There were participants from a number of North East locales that attended. Here are a few things noticed regarding the time spent there.

There is a community of fearless, faithful dance disciples in Burlington, Vermont, There is a community of fearless, faithful dance warriors in Burlington, Vermont.

As a SoulMotion Community:
We moved into deep places of mystery and marveled at what arose.
We moved toward interior places that called out for inquiry.
We showed up carrying minimal agendas and mammoth affection for our aliveness, our connection, and our eagerness for experimentation.
We tracked what was occurring inside and outside, simultaneously.
We witnessed and held the high watch for each other from a standpoint of grace and grit.
We feed the room with healing intention as we supported, honored, and respected the individual path that occurred within our community.
We called out and screamed our delight of discovery, our pain of betrayal, and our amazement at the unveiling of the souls in motion.
We displayed remarkable courage to fail.
We substituted our “Look Good” for the “Good Look of Love!”
We were centered on the edge of a Presence that connected us All.
We allowed room for transformation from the dark corners of despair.
We opened up to the Spirit of Miracle Mindedness.
We were one within the All-One.

Burlington, Vermont, a great place to visit, a miraculous place to move.
