Soul Motion: Conscious Dancing
Soul Motion introduces viewpoints and experiences for developing attention to the present moment using body awareness to stay grounded in the movement moment. Noticing ways we escape presence through dreams and desires, Soul Motion, through conscious breath awareness and movement, encourages a continuous awakening to presence.

On the road with a wider view of souls in motion

I worry about the rain,
Meanwhile there are cars being blown, blue on Bagdad streets.

Small boys play and retrieve candies thrown from huge humvees, in dead streets.
Now they make up memorials for fathers' to grieve by, in living rooms,

Now it is known that $$$$ will be paid for any blown open family member,
Hush money to keep the secret slaying stowed…haditha,

Mustached and morose, he claims his life is done.
"I am a dead man",
"I have lost everything"!
How does one portray to him that affirming thoughts can begin a process of re-claiming a life and purpose passion?
Just say, YES?

Meanwhile in the corn fields of Kansas,
Father sits in a rocker, spits in a can,
Knows that life here is full and potent,
Son is on top of the world, ma.
Seems suitable to both, to get lost in each others' arms,
Love connects us all in actions that carry out justice for all.

Legacy, she spoke of doing things now with legacy in mind.
I wonder in lunacy, and the forgetting of names and dates.
Inaction of etched moment of indelible indents becomes a paralysis of pajama pap.
How does one go on?
What keeps a soul in motion?
This impending mind meal sometimes gets eaten way before it is ready and then regurgitated at the table of doubt and uncertainty.

I wonder how the events of upcoming travel will shake the sounds and sway the swagger of a steadfast couple on expedition.
How will the role of humility serve to ground this traveler?
As I travel the streetcars of desire, I continue to rely on the kindness of strangers.

It requires guts and steadfastness to stand in the storm of any event while in witness to the edges of body sensation, thoughts that try to define and limit, and emotions that become triggered.
Where is this response originating from; head…heart…hara?

How do they differ?
What do they hold in common?
When do they show themselves?
How is their ordering significant?

This world federation wrestler is being pinned to the mat of indifference and indecision.
I need you to walk on me,
crunch, punch, and scrunch with me,
Hug and shrug, pull the rug on me,
Scrape, and scratch, and match me,
Tangle, toss, and turn with me,

Best two out of three.

Travel well………..vinn
