During my visit to Germany these last two weeks I have been giving some thought as to what do I look for in a person who wishes to teach from this platform and point of view. Here are some initial thoughts on the subject.
I am more inclined to view a persons’ conviction over credentials, empathy over expertise and passion over position when evaluating what makes an effectual leader of Soul Motion™.
Give me the person who is compassionate and clear about their humanness as an ongoing experiment rather than someone who thinks they have arrived at “the” formula.
Give me the person who, while apprehensive about the unknown; moves toward that mystery with faith and trust that it is “no daring” which is fatal.
There is no recipe.
There is no where to arrive.
There is only the swirling and curling of change.
I reside in the center of this cone of consciousness.
The Movement Leader is a forecaster of the people shouting “Wake Up!” She is relentless in her alarm to awaken to the moment, the movement, and the mystical nature of each sensual flash in time that we live and move and have our being.
His uproar is urgent and consistent. His belief in the awareness of what is happening as a means to guide and steer this ship of life is unyielding in fervor and activity. She sees her work as a Calling. She has decided to answer the call repeatedly through the plush and meaningful times and the depths of those moments when she is in doubt. He answers the call and knocks on the door knowing that Spirit will always answer and open toward him.
