Soul Motion: Conscious Dancing
Soul Motion introduces viewpoints and experiences for developing attention to the present moment using body awareness to stay grounded in the movement moment. Noticing ways we escape presence through dreams and desires, Soul Motion, through conscious breath awareness and movement, encourages a continuous awakening to presence.

When no one is watching I am a dark dance reaching across a space of eternity holding between my teeth and weak mouth, a valentine.

When no one is watching I am a shuffling shifter of space, a soul in motion meandering and looking at the engulfing of flames that consume this tired body.

When no one is watching I am a Spanish boy seeking his father and his father’s father wanting to reclaim the land they danced on everyday.

When no on is watching I am an elder man who has begun inquiries into time’s tireless travel toward transition.

When no one is watching I shuffle from room to room pausing politely at mirrors to observe dumbfounded at what is returning my gaze.

When no one is watching I am unrecognizable, unrehearsed activity singing a siren’s song summoning initiator and reflector to remain still and silent.

When no one is watching I am invisible, perched on a neighborhood rooftop of ecstatic experience in coops of creation readying to circle in flocks of silver souls.

When no one is watching I move on a heavenly breeze alive to the whispering in my ear hugging and kissing memories of what I have been missing.

When no one is watching I answer the door and invite love right in to the shadows of my room. Centered on the enchanted obscurity of heart I caress the casing of taut tendrils gushing toward heaven in languid caresses of this body temple, falling apart.

When no one is watching I look for myself.

When no one is watching I seek the story that I will tell to others.

When no one is watching I am in a crowd shouting out solutions for the movement of this life.

When no one is watching I am tripping over my feet in a field of canines howling at the moon.

When no is watching I am concealed to circumstances that has led this dancer to wonder and wander.

When no one is watching I am more of what is less of me.

When no one is watching I am the position of pleasure feeling a core connection to self.

When no one is watching I die to moments of anticipation, of joy unearned.

When no one is watching I am with you all ways.
