Soul Motion: Integration at Madrona MindBody Institute (Port Townsend, Washington)
This is an extended weekend retreat using the platforms and points of view of this conscious dance practice to align, enliven, and embrace the embodied presence of spirit, sound, and sensation.
In our four days together we nudge the spirit of innovative action and creativity to awaken and hold a high watch of unconditional acceptance as we stumble our way toward self-expression, self-acceptance, and self-recognition: we are spirit dancing this human experience. Integration provides a venue to awaken to this concept – uniting spirit with the everyday dance. Through guided imagery and relaxed induction we track conditions and attitudes which no longer serve our ability to unwind in the stream of creative expression, and we open ourselves to the next movement moment with radical awe and wonder."

SoulMotion: Crafting Presence at Esalen Institute (Big Sur, CA)
Exploring and playing within the framework of Soul Motion landscapes, we will craft movement scores of presence. Emphasis will be on deepening our capacity to express embodied truths, rather than memorizing or repeating movement material. We are looking for dance students who are ready to dive deep and are open to receiving direction toward that end.

Soul Motion : Compassion at The Studio Maui
Understanding that Love is all, Soul Motion's guiding principle is the removal of obstacles that prevent us from seeing the connection between light and dark, affirmed and estranged, and we practice acceptance of what is without agendas. We learn to see and be seen as Love regardless of individual personality. Students are invited to live their life from inspiration, rather than memory.

SoulMotion: Inspiration at Brahmani Yoga Centre (Goa, India)
Soul Motion is a viewpoint of conscious dance that invites practitioners to cultivate a listening ear to the inner song.
In the dance we have an opportunity to embrace the movement moment fully engaged and expressive. We dance the odyssey of creative relationship with self, one, all, and all-one. Soul Motion is a movement practice and philosophy of living that encourages curious attention to the living world as it moves our way.
This 6 day workshop will be held at the beautiful Satsanga Retreat Center in Parra, Goa. The retreat center has a beautiful space for dancing with a gorgeous wooden floor as well as a pool for your use in between classes.
